Built in 1987 by Vincenzo Mero and Francesco Pignatelli, the crib Poliscenico permanent Rogationist Fathers of Messina has 8 dioramas: the Annunciation, the census, palace of Herod, the search area, and the birth announcement to the shepherds, the presentation in the temple, the flight into Egypt, the house in Nazareth .
The statues are original pieces made by the potters of Caltagirone Francesco Vincenzo Militello and Sirna.
